HYDRABALE™

        
This is the unique concept of baling bagasse. Power savings, labour cost savings, maintenance & inventory cost savings with HydrabaleTM against mechanical baling machine which is properly calculated. (A sugar factory saves an amount equivalent to the price of the machine in one crushing season.) With very smooth functioning HydrabaleTM gives shockless, riskless, low maintenance results.

The speed of baling is 24 to 26 strokes /min. and output is 8 to 10 tons/ hour, practically achieved. At some places it has shown output worth 14 to 15 tons/hour.


Control Panel
This consists of mainly the star delta starter for motor, & its safety elements. The control unit circuit contains the switches & relays for proximity switch functioning & signaling. The digital temp.control system for controlling the oil temperature & its safety features as per International Standards.
Hydraulic Power Pack
The heart of machine is Hydraulic Power Pack. This is an oil hydraulic unit, consisting of oil tank, pump, bracket, manifold, pilot operated direction control valves, pressure regulating valves, pressure gauge, oil level indicator, suction strainer, etc. All the components are of adequate capacity and of International Standards. We can proudly say that even our first machine installed in 2001 did not need any major components replacement

Customer’s Scope
1. Chutes for bagasse feeding.
2. Civil foundation work with foundation bolts & steel required for foundation if any,
3. Nominal quantity of welding accessories & consumables at the time of erection if necessary,
4. Free electricity @ 40HP, 1440 VAC 3 phase connection with star delta starter for motor,
5. Initial oil filling quantity ENKLO 68 or equivalent oil, 300 liters,
6. 2” permanent water connection to machine with 100 lpm flow at ambient temperature for oil cooler,
7. Lodging & boarding facility for our engineer & workers, at your site during erection & commissioning.
